BASE Services most attended lunch of the year is on Christmas Day, when we gather at St Luke’s Church Hall (as our space is not big enough), transforming it into a warm and welcoming space for those who may not have plans or loved ones to share Christmas Day with. We invite individuals and families, fostering a sense of belonging and connection during this special time of year.

We are deeply grateful to Peter and Frances Holmes, the visionary founders of this event, who have been hosting and coordinating it annually. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to the numerous local businesses and groups, including Toowoomba City Rotary, Betros Brothers, Orchy, Harvey Black, Party Hut, Armstrong Auto Group, and St Luke’s Church, who have steadfastly supported this event for the past two decades.
